Philippe Puschmann leads the Agility, DevOps & Coaching Talent Community at Avanade.
His mission is to support both Avanade teams and clients in adopting and scaling Lean-Agile ways of working—primarily through frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

As a certified Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org, a ProKanban.org Trainer (PKT), a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and an EMCC-accredited coach, Philippe blends deep expertise in Agile frameworks with strong coaching capabilities.

With his team, he delivers certified trainings—including PSM, PSPO I & II, PSK, PSU, and PSD—and provides hands-on coaching in Agile transformation, product development, and DevOps.

Their areas of focus include technical excellence, with practices such as Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship, Agile Testing, DevOps, and emerging topics like Generative AI in engineering.
