I currently work as an independant Executive Coach, Enterprise Coach, Team Coach, and individual Coach at InWise, where I provide coaching services to a variety of clients, from executives and managers to entrepreneurs and start-ups.

I also teach a course on Conflict Management at INSEEC Grande Ecole, one of the leading business schools in France.

In addition, I am a Leader Coach and an Agile@Scale Coach at various clients, where I lead a group of Agile Coaches and support large-scale agile transformations.

I am in a process of obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology of Work from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and own an Executive Coaching certificate from HEC Paris and Centre International du Coach, and several certifications in Agile and Kanban methodologies.

I am fluent in English (C2) and French.

My core competencies include professional coaching, professional development, leadership, conflict management, communication, and emotional intelligence as well as agile coaching (all frameworks).
