I lead product and tech teams for several companies at once, on a fractional basis, mostly in healthcare. I work alongside the teams day to day: I listen, I make the calls, I move things forward one topic at a time, without breaking everything and without getting stuck in the fog. Biomedical engineer by training, 20+ years in product (PM, VP Product, CPTO, up to ExCom), in large groups and startups alike. I\u2019ve been teaching product management at university since 2019, I build my side projects with AI to scout what I\u2019ll later bring into companies, and I run Tech Speak\u2019her, a community that prepares women in tech to take the stage.<\/p>\n
