Damien Schutze has been Value Management Officer at Renault Digital since 2023.

With 15 years of experience in consulting and transformation, he joined Renault two years ago to support the company’s shift toward value-driven delivery.

He currently leads Performance and Value for the After-Sales Digital Value Stream, helping to align strategic priorities with impactful execution.

As part of Renault’s digital transformation, he supports the deployment of Lean Portfolio Management and value-oriented governance.
