After a first experience in software development, I joined the DSI of the EDF group in 2008.
I apprehended the IS by the technical part. Then, I turned to contractual management: I drafted and managed contracts by setting up control tools to make the most of the services, while establishing a stable working relationship. I then held management positions and supported teams in a context of transformation towards agility.
Today, I am the manager of a team in charge of cross-functional projects on customer services and flexibility mechanisms. The scope of activity is wide, and there are many IT and business interlocutors.
