Sharon Breidel

Sharon Breidel is an experienced Release Train Engineer who has started her SAFe journey within her company 2 years ago. As her company (Air France/KLM) was ongoing a Digital transformation, she managed to start up a new journey with her already gained knowledge on Change Management, Leadership and Coaching skills , now using it within their new way or working.

Sharon is also a SAFe Program Consultant which enables her, to let her company embrace and adopt the Lean/Agile principles at an enterprise scale that can be used to scale up Agile practices.

She is a Lean-Agile enthusiast, inspiring teams to strive for system thinking and continuously improvements.
