Biographie
I lead product and tech teams for several companies at once, on a fractional basis, mostly in healthcare. I work alongside the teams day to day: I listen, I make the calls, I move things forward one topic at a time, without breaking everything and without getting stuck in the fog. I simplify and I automate.
Biomedical engineer by training, 20+ years in product (PM, VP Product, CPTO, up to ExCom), in large groups and startups alike. I’ve been teaching product management at university since 2019, I build my side projects with AI to scout what I’ll later bring into companies, and I run Tech Speak’her, a community that prepares women in tech to take the stage.
Off-hours, I read the novels my teenagers will love before they do (and I love them too), and I can’t walk past a board game shop without going in.
